One of the UK’s leading manufacturers of wire and cabling solutions, Hayakawa, has supplied the wire harnesses used in the USB charging points installed into the revolutionary and next generation bus and coach seats currently being developed by Isringhausen.
Many bus and tour operators across the UK are investing in technological advancements to meet the growing demand from customers wanting on-board power to their mobile phones and devices. On-board USB charging points and free WiFi will become more common place in UK cities, as operators to continue to upgrade their fleets.

Having worked within the supply chain of the transportation sector for some years,
Hayakawa was able to supply the high quality wire harnesses, designed to a specification outlined by Isringhausen. The components were developed in-house at
Hayakawa’s manufacturing facility in North Wales.
