Rock-on with the cordless Radio-Charger
A Radio-Charger, which will allow customers to charge their full range of Hilti Lithium-ion batteries while listening to their favourite music or radio station, has been launched by Hilti.
When plugged in the unit acts as a charger for the company’s 12V, 22V and 36V battery platforms, and when there’s no access to mains, the radio-charger can be powered by the company’s advanced battery technology.
The latest addition to the Hilti cordless range comes with Bluetooth® and NFC connectivity, as well as an AUX input, allowing users to connect their mobiles or tablets to play or stream their own choice of music, while the USB charging port can power-up any mobile device. It also features Digital, FM and AM stations.
Compact and robust in design, the Hilti Radio-Charger has thermoplastic bumpers to protect the entire unit with a metal grid to shield the 2x 20 Watt two-way speakers with excellent sound quality. The design allows for fast and easy cord wrapping once un-plugged from mains power.
The Radio-Charger has long been one of the most requested additions to Hilti's cordless range, and it will not disappoint. With an impressive 102dB of clear sound and 100% compatibility with all Hilti batteries, customers can really ‘pump-up the volume’ and complete their cordless kit.
The Hilti Radio-Charger can be obtained through the Hilti Fleet Management programme, whereby a fixed monthly charge covers all service and repair costs over three years.
For customers who prefer to own their Radio-Charger outright Hilti Tool Service gives a complete no-cost period of two years, which includes the same high level of cover. Following the initial no-cost period repair costs are capped, and the company promises a turnaround time of three days or FREE!
