Elmhurst Energy Systems SuperHeat

Elmhurst Energy Systems Ltd, creators of the Design SAP software for energy performance measurement, has purchased the rights to the SuperHeat software product from Survey Design Associates (SDA) Ltd. This brings together the UK’s two most popular and widely used SAP energy rating software products.

The merging of these two systems will benefit industry by promoting consistent standards. It guarantees that more qualified persons will be ready to produce new build Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) from the 6th April 2008.

More than 1000 current users of SuperHeat software will be offered a free upgrade to the Elmhurst Energy Systems software. This development will enable many SuperHeat users to choose to continue to work in this evolving environment and enable them to produce EPCs via Elmhurst’s government-approved accreditation scheme.

Existing Elmhurst users will benefit by the future incorporation of additional functionality into a single combined package that draws on the strengths of both systems.
