Stanley FatMax Saws
Stanley has unveiled its new range of FatMax Saws. In addition to a Heavy Duty and Fine Cut saw, the new range includes three new application specific saws for cutting materials such as plasterboard, breeze block
and flooring.
All new saws benefit from bi-material handles which are screwed and ultrasonically welded for added comfort and safety, while finger rests also provide increased control when making the first cut. Induction hardened teeth also means these saws will stay sharp twice as long.
Finally, and in the interest of saving valuable time on site, the handles of the new saws can be used to mark out both 45º and 90º angles. Designed specifically for fast and efficient sawing, these saws will cut on both
the push and pull stroke.
Speed and smoothness is achieved by the unique tooth geometry - triple sided precision ground teeth result in razor sharp cutting edges at every stroke. Teeth are also precision set to generate clearance of kerf for the blade, increasing cutting efficiency by 30%.
