The feedback is monitored by the web team who will be collating the information and addressing any queries or issues buyers have.
Reviews can then be viewed by other users; ensuring contractors are able to see what other tradesmen from particular branches have said about items before they buy. This will help with comparisons between products, allowing contractors to look at feedback and take this into account when making a decision. Users can ensure they are getting the right product to meet their requirements as recommended by other installers, rather than just the wholesaler.
Neweys Online was launched earlier this year to help installers save time.
