New cross line laser
Makita expands its intelligent measurement equipment range with the introduction of a new cross line laser which provides a rugged, reliable line laser for all site operations. The new Makita SK102Z has a laser range of 15 metres and can operate at up to 30 metres if a separate receiver is used. The fine tolerance cross line accuracy is just 0.3mm per metre distance in both horizontal and vertical planes.
The SK102Z has a self-levelling function that will compensate for out of level positioning and also shows a visible warning if the laser is out of level.
Powered by three AA batteries which give a minimum of 11 hours operation, this useful level has a magnetic mount for use on steel studwork, a keyhole for mounting onto a screwhead and also a 1/4inch tripod thread and a 5/8th thread adaptor.
The Makita SK102Z cross line laser is a rugged piece of equipment, the robust rubber cover protects the machine body for safe site operations. It is also well protected against dust and water ingress. The three mode laser options also go to pulse mode and lower light emission levels by selection.
