Billed by the company as more than just a product catalogue, the new publication features in-depth technical advice covering everything from specification tips through to best installation practice and, of course, detailed product information. It is the second technical guide published by Legrand in 2012, following the introduction of a Swifts cable ladder guide in January.
Matt Crunden, Marketing Manager for Legrand’s cable management division, said: “The feedback we’ve received since publishing the cable ladder guide has been excellent. People have been impressed that we’ve transformed what was traditionally straight product literature into a useful publication that they refer to regularly. The cable tray guide follows the same blueprint and we’re confident it will meet with the same reaction.”
One of the key technical elements in the guide is an in-depth feature aimed at educating specifiers about the wide variety of finishes available for cable tray and how to ensure they always select the right finish for the right environment.
