Disposal plan unveiled (21 September 2009)
Lumicom Ltd and G&P Batteries have announced a joint initiative to develop a cost effective disposal infrastructure for industrial batteries used in emergency lighting products. The scheme is designed to help manufacturers and importers of emergency lighting equipment meet their obligations under new waste disposal regulations that come into force on 1st January 2010.
