Visualising lightning and surge protection (08 February 2010)
Integrated power solutions company, Scorpion Power Systems, has introduced a lightning and surge protector as part of its standby power protection. Unlike similar devices that are often installed out of view, the device is installed into an existing power protection system that incorporates an LCD display so there is a visual alarm to show that the surge protector has been triggered.

Energy that Pays Its Way (01 May 2009)
Leading by example in reducing its carbon footprint, the Shenton Group has installed the innovative and cost effective CHP system, powertherm( , at its headquarters in Andover in Hampshire. The company's large workshop is being heated utilising the system by hot water being pumped around the building to unit heaters in the 16,000 square foot area. It has been calculated that powertherm will provide the Shenton Group with energy savings of around 80%.
