Scorpion Power Systems Powercare24 Service

Scorpion Power Systems has introduced a major improvement for all new customers purchasing Powerhouse range of standby generators. Scorpion is upgrading its existing warranty by including a Powercare24 service contract free of charge through its associate company, Merlin Power Management.

Underlining Scorpion Power Systems’ commitment to its standby generators and customer support, the free Powercare24 contract will provide customers with a 365/24/7 emergency call out anywhere in the UK with a 4-hour response time. As part of the contract, Scorpion will also arrange for all new Powerhouse
customers to receive two scheduled maintenance visits by Merlin’s factory trained engineers during the generator’s month warranty.
